Lona is a calligrapher based in Los Angeles, California.

After attending her first calligraphy workshop in 2019, she was hooked. The following year, she exited her tax career in order to pursue a creative life she always dreamt about. Since 2024, she has been a full-time calligrapher with the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors.

When she's not at her desk, she enjoys yoga, the outdoors, and traveling. Lona grew up in New York City but opted for the perpetual sunshine of southern California on and off since 2002. She now lives in the South Bay with her husband and three cats.
